I'm an engineering consultant with over 15 years of experience — starting as a software engineer and growing into senior leadership roles focused on people management and engineering strategy. I work with businesses to modernize their technology stacks, build capable engineering teams, and establish the processes that let those teams move with speed and confidence.

I'm also the founder of doBeacon — an early-stage startup building context-aware tools for businesses, combining location, product knowledge, and company knowledgebase to surface the right help at exactly the right moment.

Time is the greatest asset. Build for today's ten customers, but know exactly what you'll expand and what you'll replace at a million. Have the plan — don't build it prematurely.

Keep processes and interfaces light. The engineering absorbs the complexity so people don't have to. Complicated onboarding and heavy workflows are a cost measured in lost customers and slow teams.
